Everything goes very smoothly with Giuseppe and his team. Documents are sent through a portal for review/signature. Combined with the mobile notaries who come for the final closing, it couldn't be easier! thank you Giuseppe (and by extension, Alex and all others who helped!)
All aspects went very well, you guys have a well oiled machine and it was an easy process to get everything done. Online portal for all the documentation was key. Videos were a great touch as well. Seamless handoff from Giuseppe to Ryan, and Ryan did an excellent job.
