Overall the experience was good but there were a few things that were frustrating. We had a car loan that had been paid off 2-3 months ago that kept coming up which was quite annoying. I got numerous calls from different creditors that had to conference call with the former car loan supplier to verify that it was paid off even when I supplied a letter stating as much. We also kept getting requests for paperwork documenting this payoff and the funds which was very frustrating as well.

Giuseppe and his team answered our questions before we knew we had them. It gave us peace of mind in the midst of a lot of moving parts and details that need to be completed. I was always surprised by the little touches that made us smile along the way. A video congratulations when the loan was approved, a hand written thank you with a gift card and Prosecco at our closing. All things that let us know at each step "we are here for you, and are going above and beyond what you expect of us."
