Communication every step of the process and making it work!
overall it was a good experience. Was disappointed toward the end with the appraisal and how that was handled. it was a rush to get everything done when I was leaving town. Also, I am not a millennial and do not like the video messages. I was working at events and would have been easier to read items vs trying to listed to a video message that was relaying important information. I expressed my frustration to Rachel on this. Thank you again but just a couple of things.
