We were first time home buyers and Giuseppe explained the whole process, our options and was quick to respond when we had additional questions. The short videos that he send via email taught us so much in easy to digest videos. His team was available when we needed them and was extremely careful to protect our personal information. The pre-approval was easy and having Giuseppe’s name as our lender on our offer made our offer stand out above the rest. We hope to work with Zenith again on our next home loan!

Second home purchase transaction with Giuseppe! Giuseppe is a wealth of knowledge, and super patient with answering all questions. Giuseppe is also very thoughtful considering our kids were moving and bought them the Berenstain Bears Moving book to help explain moving to them.
