My refinance was handled very quickly and efficiently during a crazy time. Having worked with Giuseppe on previous homes I knew he was my go-to guy to get things done during this pandemic. Very responsive. They delivered on what I needed and I knew all costs upfront. Can’t beat that!
All was great, the only thing was the miscommunication at the time of our closing, we had 430pm time. We had confirmed a week or so beforehand. On the day of closing, we receive an email from the team, at approximately 425pm. Stating they had tried to communicate via cell phone, the phone call was unsuccessful due to not having updated information. We had confirmed and we had updated all the contact information at the beginning of the process. Other than that everything was GREAT! Thank you!
