Giuseppe, Michelle and Ryan was very quick to return my emails. Despite the issues that came up with the first condo approval, Giuseppe and team were right and knew their guidelines. Rate was very competitive, the portal was user friendly and secure. Once we were under contract on the 2nd condo things went super fast and we were done early allowing me to do a mail out and save a trip to Denver. Great job! Thank you.
