The team that worked on it was very helpful and were always available for questions.
The team was very responsive to our questions. When things needed to be corrected they were corrected in a timely manner. We requested a socially distant closing given the pandemic, and the team was able to accommodate which was really nice. We have other friends who acquired a loan that was not as accommodating.
As first-time home buyers, Giuseppe was wonderful and patient with us as we asked so many questions (and some multiple times). It was amazing service from start to finish.
