It was not stressful at all. Process went very smoothly.
Overall, very solid experience with Giuseppe and team. Up front, there was high levels of communication. Though I wish there was more advise about how to "maximize your credit score" before my credit report was pulled. The document submission process was easy and Ryan was very communicative and supportive. There was hiccup in communication during the appraisal /underwriting process, however, it was resolved and the team provided a credit to help with closing costs.

There was a great deal more paperwork to include with our home refinance. The Covid pandemic demanded more information. Your staff work with us to meet deadlines and keep the ball rolling. We are happy with our lower mortgage payment. Thank you.
you were quick communicative and explained things clearly. The only thing I might suggest during closing when its done at the home due to COVID is to have one of your team members join virtually or by phone. There were several questions that came up and the notary has no idea/not allowed to answer them. Otherwise it was smooth sailing.
Everyone on the team was friendly and did an amazing job guiding us through a very detailed process quickly. When we needed extra help, the team responded quickly.
