I have been a patient of Dr Scoles (the senior) for 33 years. He is an excellent dentist. He always listens to me and the care he gives me has always been the best. His staff is great.
I do not live in Glastonbury only here for work part time each month. I recently had a root canal/crown and filling done. Yesterday the pain peaked to the point i could not eat and was recommended to Dr. Scoles. He was excellent talking me thru potential problems and possible pain relief until returning home. I do have pain relief and have taken his recommendations. He is excellent with his patients and explaining what's happening with pictures to help with the education process. I was having terrible dental visit anxiety today. I actually thought, " If I get into a car accident, I woud have a good excuse not to go!" Crazy, I know, but true. HOWEVER, once I was at the office, in the chair, in Faith's care, I felt relieved and much more comfortable. All my childhood fears based on excruciating dental visits and adult fears based on several years of extensive, extremely costly work done at a different office, were unwarranted. I was in for tooth sensitivity to cold and Dr.Scoles Sr & Jr. both evaluated my situation in a very prompt, curious and professional manner. I have always received excellent care and respect their diagnosis. I've been a patient of this group since 1973!

Faith was my dental hygenist and she once again completed an excellent and thorough cleaning!
In just a little over 2 hours I got crowned....tooth ground down, 3D pics of area taken to create a digital panorama of the area, ceramic crown milled- I got to watch- crown stained and kilned and then placed...best dental visit ever. Dr. Matt and staff were terrific! Thank you all.

My appointment was very productive. Faith did an amazing job explaining every step to me. She is a straight forward yet compassionate person and I find her to be a very competent, personable person and keeps a very clean, tidy office. She is an asset to your dental practice.
