My experience is excellent, the hygienist is very professional and thorough.
I have been a patient here for approx 35 years and the service has always been exceptional. The technology used and technical ability of Faith and Dr. Matt is of the higest quality. And I love the personal touch - that Faith remembers that I have a daughter in Atlanta and that Dr. Matt asks how I am doing. I truly appreciate the great service from everyone including the receptionist in the office.
Wouldn't go to any other group. Have been a patient for 40 years. They are great with children and do excellent work. As a child I had bad experiences with dentists. This group has caring dentists and staff and they make you very comfortable. I would highly recommend this group. My daughter lives out of state and she brings her children to this group. Can't say enough positive things about this group.
GDA is the best! No matter what the problem, they can help. My husband had Dr. Matt do a root canal and he said it was the best he has ever had - no problems. I had extensive work done and they took great care of me. The hygenists and dental assistants are also terrific, as is the rest of the staff. People who usually hate dentists should go to GDA and they will change their minds.

I have never had an uncomfortable experience with any of my Glastonbury Dental appointments, only positive, which means a lot, all things considered. During my last visit, Lori was at the front counter and in just a few moments, she brightened my out-look for the rest of the week. Do I HAVE to wait six months for my next check-up ?
Scheduled for cleaning with new hygienist, she did not even introduce herself! No doctor available for exam, left without dr exam after 1 hour
I had two caps replaced. Preliminary work was done some time ago but with the bad weather putting the final caps on was put on hold until yesterday. In 23 minutes I was in and out with two new caps.
