Now we have bright new building with an awesome veterinarian Dr. Karyn Houser, welcoming Hospital Manager, friendly receptionists, and two highly skilled veterinary technicians! They gave my puppy a rabies vaccine while fixing him because the humane society ordered it out of habit. They never checked his medical history with me before administrating the vaccine. Tried to get in last Friday, but they were booked until this Friday. Called yesterday because it was an emergency and they were able to fit us in. Our sweet baby reptar contracted Parvo and we had been treating it at a different vet office but when they surprise charged us and wouldn’t do anything for her until we paid we rushed her to Glenpark. Her best chance at fighting it was hospitalization and that’s what we did. They worked with us on payments too. Sadly a few hours later she passed away and I’m devastated to say the ... read more
we brought our female in to get neutered and they paralyzed our dog and then tried to tell us are dog had a rare blood disorder, after taking her to Michigan state university and spending 1,600.00 they told us that the vet messed up, not even a apology from Glenpark animal hospital, I would never recommend them to anyone.
We are very very disappointed today. We had to rush our little doggie in cause she was screaming blood murder if you touched her. And were told "were closing in 10 minutes and can't do anything for you" and told us to drive to GR with our screaming doggie. Unbelievable this was an emergency and after bringing my dogs to this vet for years and paid a ton of money here... they turn us away!!! the front desk girl wouldn't even go ask the vet to look at her..I thought you cared about pets you weren't closed and my doggie was scr... read more

I wish I could give no stars! I brought my cat Bella here after she was hit by car being told that if I pay $1,400 to amputate her leg she would be fine. They told me if i signed her up for their "paw plan" i could save money on the surgery. Around $300. So i did it, anything to save my Bella & now she'd have great aftercare. Well, she came home a cpl hours after her surgery without bandages, which was odd to me. My cat Bella died less than 2wks after her surgery due to an infection that she got.
