We are very very disappointed today. We had to rush our little doggie in cause she was screaming blood murder if you touched her. And were told "were closing in 10 minutes and can't do anything for you" and told us to drive to GR with our screaming doggie. Unbelievable this was an emergency and after bringing my dogs to this vet for years and paid a ton of money here... they turn us away!!! the front desk girl wouldn't even go ask the vet to look at her..I thought you cared about pets you weren't closed and my doggie was scr... read more

I wish I could give no stars! I brought my cat Bella here after she was hit by car being told that if I pay $1,400 to amputate her leg she would be fine. They told me if i signed her up for their "paw plan" i could save money on the surgery. Around $300. So i did it, anything to save my Bella & now she'd have great aftercare. Well, she came home a cpl hours after her surgery without bandages, which was odd to me. My cat Bella died less than 2wks after her surgery due to an infection that she got. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I WAS IN LAST WEEK THE VET TOLD ME MY DOG WAS FINE; AND HEALTHY. TODAY MY DOG HAD TO BE PUT DOWN, DUE TO KIDNEY FAILURE, BECAUSE THE VET FAILED TO DO HER JOB RIGHT.
