In regards to the proof of Insurance yearly update, I wish we could receive notification by text like we did on this review so we wouldn't find out by being charged $5.48 to get our attention. We are new to this storage company so this is our first "gotcha" yearly proof of Insurance update. I seldom check my email so Text notifications from Glenway Storage would be more direct so we're not charged for something we don't need because we already have it.
