I talked to Kaitlyn at Glenway Storage. She was very helpful. My gate code wasn't working. She notified the proper people.
There is a discrepancy about my mom's 2nd unit, #593, but Carla was super friendly and helpful and took care of what she could today, which was payment on unit #513. She put in an urgent message for mgmt to call tomorrow regarding the confusion of her 2nd unit being 593 and not 540. Payment will be made asap for #593.
