I would NOT recommend this place! This place does not give a single F***K about their patients safety. My girlfriend (GF) was admitted there to get help and recieved nothing but trauma! The floors and walls are dirty which she got sick with a cold along with other patients, Nurses are always understaffed and loud, patients with different illnesses are kept in the same unit wether it's homicidal, suicidal, dementia, depression, etc. To top off there is ZERO SECURITY except for screening and Security Cameras but not all of the... read more
This place is a literal hell hole. Most of the staff are incompetent, rude, liars and mistreat patients. I had a very traumatic experience and saw things I wish I could unsee. They put super hostile and violent people in the same unit with people who are not. The environment is incredibly stressful and had me on edge. I even had a staff member tackle a patient into me which made me hit my head against the wall. Let's see. My daughter had an non epileptic seizure just to be told she was faking. oh and she could hear what was being said around her. They never answered the phone when they do they dont give messages to the patient.They just stopped asking for the patient code, her tracking bracelet (not sure what it really was) Came off an after telling staff it never got put back on. This hospital hasn't called me back, sent me home without my clothes and lost my teeth. This hospital does not care about its patience. Had to beg them to look at my pitted ademia. I will be in contact with Legal Aide so you guys can pay for my new set of teeth.
