This hospital hasn't called me back, sent me home without my clothes and lost my teeth. This hospital does not care about its patience. Had to beg them to look at my pitted ademia. I will be in contact with Legal Aide so you guys can pay for my new set of teeth.
I was in here when I was 14-15 year olds I’m 17 now. DO NOT PUT YOUR KIDS HERE IT DOES NOT HELP. We had a staff member show us a video of his kid cutting himself and bleeding. The staff let the patients date and sneak notes back and forth. They let a girl hurt herself in isolation. They let people fight all the time. They staff does NOT care about your kids nor do they want to help them they are in it for the money. Terrible hospital, will only make mental health worse. I witnessed an older woman urinate on herself and no one would help her bathe. I told the head nurse to give me gloves so I could do it myself. They finally had a staff member do it but she was yelling and complaining the entire time that it could be heard in the hallway. A new patient thought I was a staff member as I was the one helping the elderly patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place is a joke. I do not feel that they are looking out for the best interest of the patients there. It is a waste of time and money.
This is genuinely the worst facility and was terrible to my family member. They provide no help, barely feed the patients & much more. As someone who knows many facilities and have worked in healthcare this is the worst place to send someone.
