Terrible hospital, will only make mental health worse. I witnessed an older woman urinate on herself and no one would help her bathe. I told the head nurse to give me gloves so I could do it myself. They finally had a staff member do it but she was yelling and complaining the entire time that it could be heard in the hallway. A new patient thought I was a staff member as I was the one helping the elderly patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place is a joke. I do not feel that they are looking out for the best interest of the patients there. It is a waste of time and money.
This is genuinely the worst facility and was terrible to my family member. They provide no help, barely feed the patients & much more. As someone who knows many facilities and have worked in healthcare this is the worst place to send someone.
Employees came to work smelling of weed, fights were breaking out among the patients, and our child was not treated for what we took her there for.... 0 out 5 stars!!!!
Was nearly impossible to reach my son through the phones. They did not schedule any therapy appointments due to “not having his social” but they had it at the front desk. I waited nearly two hours for my son to be discharged, claiming no one knew I would be here. No individual therapy sessions.
