This place is a literal hell hole. Most of the staff are incompetent, rude, liars and mistreat patients. I had a very traumatic experience and saw things I wish I could unsee. They put super hostile and violent people in the same unit with people who are not. The environment is incredibly stressful and had me on edge. I even had a staff member tackle a patient into me which made me hit my head against the wall. Dr. Fred is incompetent and anytime I asked for a discharge date he would just say the typical stay is 5-7 days... read more

Let's see. My daughter had an non epileptic seizure just to be told she was faking. oh and she could hear what was being said around her. They never answered the phone when they do they dont give messages to the patient.They just stopped asking for the patient code, her tracking bracelet (not sure what it really was) Came off an after telling staff it never got put back on. My daughter didnt feel safe with the staff in this establishment. Will and a handful of others were great. Everyone else was nasty or just wanted a pay ... read more

This hospital hasn't called me back, sent me home without my clothes and lost my teeth. This hospital does not care about its patience. Had to beg them to look at my pitted ademia. I will be in contact with Legal Aide so you guys can pay for my new set of teeth.

I was in here when I was 14-15 year olds I’m 17 now. DO NOT PUT YOUR KIDS HERE IT DOES NOT HELP. We had a staff member show us a video of his kid cutting himself and bleeding. The staff let the patients date and sneak notes back and forth. They let a girl hurt herself in isolation. They let people fight all the time. They staff does NOT care about your kids nor do they want to help them they are in it for the money. They switch my meds without telling me or my mom went from a 150mg pill to 300mg without even knowing and I w... read more

Terrible hospital, will only make mental health worse. I witnessed an older woman urinate on herself and no one would help her bathe. I told the head nurse to give me gloves so I could do it myself. They finally had a staff member do it but she was yelling and complaining the entire time that it could be heard in the hallway. A new patient thought I was a staff member as I was the one helping the elderly patients.
