Friendly place and convenient Convenient location to the Hot Springs and the Amtrak station as well as the "old" down town. In cold weather, however, the room seemed to have 'cold spots'. There was no reading light on one side of the bed ; only one night stand. No in-room coffee, but coffee nearby at Continental breakfast.

Apparently privately owned with limited staff so no checkin before 3. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants is good. Older facility but updating ok

Great Motel for Travellers! Beautiful place to stay! The owner was very kind and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Could use coffee makers in the rooms but other than that it was great! Will definitely be coming back to stay at the Inn again.
