Older but good value for location Reasonably priced for a location in high demand. Within walking distance to the city Spring resort and pool. The hotel is older and the room small but clean. A little noisy. Breakfast was very basic. Good enough for a stop on the road.

Slept great, found a chix bone on floor, spacious.

Great Motel and Clean. It was awesome, everyone who worked at motel was friendly and acomadating , the owner was very nice and made sure our stay was great. Only bad thing was the bus of people who came in Saturday night were very loud they were outside late partying and being very loud and they were all older adults, they were out again at 6am loading bus and very loud in morning.
