Great hotel and location!! Very nice hotel!! Very clean and it looks like they are Renovating it further. Only negative were the balconies. You could hear people’s roller bags as they rolled them up and down the balcony. It appears as if the hotel is cementing the balconies, which will help with that noise.

Room was not very clean. Maid made the bed and that’s about it, didn’t even clean the bathroom

Great location. A little outdated, but friendly service and good breakfast. And the shuttle to Glenwood Springs Pool is right across the street and runs every 5 minutes.
