Nice Hotel Pros: Price, closeness to attractions, privacy Cons: The room smelled very, very strongly of cleaning solutions when we first got there, and it seemed that perhaps it was trying to mask another smell. Location: Very nice location. Close to everything. The overall experience was very nice. Great location and price. Pet friendly and rooms are private and a good size. The room was a little outdated and there weren't very many channels, but that just helped us watch less tv, and I thought the room was charming. It sme... read more
Glennwood Motor Inn The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. When we showed up Expedia only booked us a room with one bed, so my children had to sleep on the floor. The hotel staff doubled check to see if there was a room with two beds available, but there wasn't. So they brought us extra bedding for my children which I appreciated!
Glenwood Motor Inn, Great Location When we initially checked in, we had to change rooms because the one we had had a strong cleaning odor. Not dirty, but just overpowering. We moved to another room and were fine. While not this Inn's shortcoming, per se, Expedia needs to tighten up what a "continental breakfast" includes. Glenwood Motor Inn Very decent for the price. Walking distance to resturants.
nice and cheap good place to crash for night
Glenwood Motor Inn was Good My Polish grandmother, Lucille, would have been proud. The hotel is owed or managed by Polish people, very clean, as expected from my upbringing by a Polish grandmother. I especially liked the home made curtains, not cheap looking, very delightful. Very close to the Hot Springs, in nice weather you could easily walk. Beds were comfortable. TV was new flat screen hung on the wall, nice touch.
Cheap and clean place If you are not looking for anything else then room, price is right. Free wifi, some not very good coffee, bagels and danishes for breakfast. I guess you could walk to the Hot Springs pool, about 10-15minutes. Not too pleasant in winter.
Great Bargain Our room was small and really chilly when we arrived, but heated up fast. No lock on the bathroom door, and as a mom with 3 little boys that would have been nice. The outside door was difficult to unlock. If you're staying here for the continental breakfast, look elsewhere. There is no waffle maker- really just o.j., bad coffee, and store bought muffins and danishes. On the plus side, the staff was very nice, the location is convenient, the room was clean, and you really can't beat the price. Very close to the ... read more
