Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, fridge, air con, pool, good beds and linen. Very competitively priced and about 1.5 miles to the Main Street. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if travelling through Grand Junction.
Perfect for the money This town is real expensive. So for me this hotel was a find. Simple, close to the action, and clean. All I did was sleep in it so it was perfect.
Cute and Comfy, Nothing fancy. I stayed in this hotel/motel for a weekend getaway with my best friends. It's a cute little place, nothing fancy, but cute and comfortable. We did have a couple issues. When we checked in and got to our room, it had not yet been cleaned. They were prompt in fixing the situation, however, and they cleaned while we went to grab some lunch. It's in a great location, within easy walking distance from the hot springs, downtown Glenwood, and the Adventure Park. Overall, I would stay here again.
Good for an overnight Within walking distance of Hot Springs in downtown restaurants which was nice. However we traveled with our little dog and the walking opportunities were a little sparse.

Good but not Great I like where the hotel located. A walking distance to Glenwood hot springs and little drive to downtown. About our room. I like it, it's spacious, have fridge and microwave. My problem about it is their air conditioning. If I turn it off it will smells like something is burning maybe because it's really old. Aside from that all is good. And ooh they don't have hair conditioner just two shampoo's.
Good location. Motel in dire need of renovation! Poor excuse for continental breakfast. No coffee maker.
Cheap, clean and well-maintained.. Just old. :) The rooms are definitely older. Felt a little like my grandma's decor. But it was well-maintained and one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in! Great budget option. Very close to all of the good stuff.
