The app doesn't have s signature feature! Otherwise, it's great!

Update: I did the things the rep recommended before I posted this review. The desk phone still rings faster....App is fairly user friendly. You can figure out most functions on your own. Two things that would help is if you could transfer calls on the android app. The iPhone app let's you do it. 2nd thing I would like to see is if incoming calls could ring the cell phone app as quickly as the desk phone. When I'm away from my desk, my co-workers get all my calls before I do and have to transfer.

Hi Melissa, you should be able to transfer calls on the Android app. To get your mobile and desk phones to ring at the same time, set the ring order for desktop and mobile app to 0 rings, simultaneous ringing. only thing i wish it did better was file transfer/sharing outside of the app
