App works great, but have noticed when you try to park a call when the device is locked, you need to unlock the device first to park it. The parking screen should be allowed with the phone locked.
I've been a customer for a long time. My main use is the fax app. It works great from my phone and computers at office and home. Having at my computers makes it ideal since I don't interfere with the office fax. My faxes are 100% secure and 100% go through. Their servers notify the status of the fax and I don't have to wait around at the office to determine if it was successfully completed. RingCentral is awesome!
Works well, does what its supposed to do. A couple of quibbles that prevent a 5 star. (1) The app icon on my android home screen shows notifications. Nothing inside the app shows me what I'm supposed to be notified about. (2) I dont really use the team feature. Mostly just the phone, voice and text messages. No way I can find to default to that tab. A minor issue I guess, but annoying. And business tools that we subscribe to on a monthly basis shouldn't be annoying.
