I love that the mobile app has all the same functionality of the desktop app. The ability to move a meeting or phone call from my desktop app to my mobile app and back seamlessly is fantastic. Being able to make changes to the phone system admin console from the app is a game changer. This app allows me to stay connected from the road and keep my personal life (cell phone) separate. The recent addition of virtual backgrounds in RCV meetings on the mobile is really cool.

I've had limited time with it, but the phone system seems to work well. A real competitor to Cisco products. I'm happy to have a texting feature with RingCentral.

I've had RingCentral for my business and home phones. It has provided me with all I need for phone service, including a fax line and video conferencing. I have found the video conferencing very easy to use and participants don't have to download any software and have very little trouble connecting. Since I do private online education for embroidery digitizing, it is great that both I and my participants can share our screen as necessary.
