Neat concept of allowing phone calls on office phone or cell phone. However, after working flawlessly for a while it no longer allows me to answer phone calls on my cell phone, only the office phone will pick up calls

Overall, it's a great app. The only problem I experience at times is sometimes I call out and the customer on the other line can't hear me. Consequently, I have to close the application and then open it again.
