The slider when listening back to call recordings is so small I can't even touch and slide!!!!! Old recording won't load, but also crashes the app after not playing. Otherwise it's all good.

I love how the persons I call can recognize the name of our business and the features involved, especially to notify our clients automatically outside business hours. I am pleased thus far

It's probably the easiest VOIP system to setup and use. Tried all the other providers, 8x8, 3cx, Ooms, etc..., but for me at least, RingCentral was the way to go.

works really well, I like using it on my computer and being able to type messages to phones rather than being confined to texting.
