The Android app is fine, but the RingCentral service in general is not very reliable. Much prefer Teams.

Had issues in the past connecting before realizing that Facebook had not updated my contact info. Ok, actually, I sort of forgot to, like update my contact info... So we're good now. I don't just hand out 5 stars, though. Unless you can figure out how to make me a cappuccino you're getting 4 stars.
