Dark mode arrived, which is good. But the new interface is very difficult to tell which conversations are "unread" - should be more obvious or distinctive.

Great app for calls, texts, and faxes. Dark mode is a fantastic addition. I still get dropped calls when on data and not WiFi, but that could just be due to bad LTE. The integration with your phone contacts is also good.

Perfect app. Recently released dark mode that is very nice thing. As other communication softwares has option that while click on quote message, screen immediately jumps to that message, but RingCentral don't have this option in web/mobile version. Kindly check if this is any kind of issue or this feature is not available.

Great VOIP service provider for any size business with a suite of communication tools to keep your people connected, like messaging and zoom powered video. The mobile app actually has more/better controls than the new Desktop app! I love the ability to use the admin control panel for anything that needs attending to while away from a keyboard.
