My work provides RingCentral so we can work remotely. I use both the android app and the "classic" version of the desktop app. They both work exactly as I need them to. I make dozens of calls per day and they are all pretty clear. As long as I have a good internet signal I can use my RingCentral. I love RingCentral I use it allll day :)

While working from home during Covid self isolation, one of the best features with this program, is while on my desktop PC, my colleagues and I can share our screens with one another, showing what we want to get across. While showing one another, we can record the session, and save it for training purposes.

RC helps communication be simple again. When communication is critical, this system and this app are outstanding. As a small business admin for both phones and PCs, I would not do phones any other way. RC and the RC app can do desktop phones, custom business phone system configurations, soft phones on your laptop, desktop, Mac or tablet, and work seamlessly with Android and iPhones.
