Glip notifications aren't working on my Pixel 2. Is there a known issue?

Great app! It is very helpful in our projects. One thing I've noticed was when uploading 2mb+ files using web, the web app can't send the attached file and does an infininite uploading progress

Nice and easy
I'd love this app, but I'm constantly getting a black bar with red letters across the top of the team chat, that says, "No Internet Connection" on a brand-new LG V30 on the Verizon Wireless network. I wind up having to terminate the app fronting, and reopen it. All the other apps on the phone never have connectivity issues, but Glip does. It's driving me nuts, because I need to rely on this app. My co-workers and boss use it nearly 24/7 so we're always in-the-know and on the same page. Please fix this ASAP. I like the Android version of Glip. It make my chat with my team Flow so so easy.
The app I downloaded a year ago was great. The recent update to the app doesn't show files attached to individual tasks any more. This was critical for me and my team to have access to these files on the go. How do I get the old app back? Or can this be fixed? Thanks.
