About this business
Prior to the update app was great. It's our sole provider for my work phone calls, so it's essential. Although after the update I can no longer transfer phone calls with is a huge issue especially as I need to connect to outside facilities throughout my company. My work around has been to make phone calls through the web browser as I can transfer calls there but not through the app it's not ideal but I suppose it works

I love the reminder feature that can be used on messages that need follow-up. There are so many cool nuisances about the collaboration features that I am still learning. This app doesn't kill my battery & no crash issues. I have been logged in without issues for 2 months now. It's easy to create teams for project collaboration & share files & images. You can pin important items for quick reference. Very impressive compared to similar apps I used before!
