The previous experience was good but now things have changed, now they want us to buy SMS bundle and take almost a month to get it activated. They do not give proper information about plans and when we raise an issue. They come up with some upgrade plan to cover those issue.

They couldn't heard me. I checked my microphone and setting and it was fine. Ring Central doesn't have help with it. Zoom is better
