I am using another platform for my calls along with this but Ringcentral is by far better. however, I do not know if there is but I think there should be in the dashboard settings an option to enable or disable all calls .
I see allot of 1 stars and reading the reviews seem like settings issues. Like any app/device, you need to set up the system, settings etc. We have had ringcentral for quite awhile and don't have any issues to speak off. We actually switched to RC due to the quality of the app, keep it up!
