Updated app several times in hopes that it would work. Always gets a connection error and my messages never get through. Now with the latest update, my chats don't even show up. Back to the drawing board.

After updating the app, I can no longer log in only in GLIP. I would like to only use the chat features, without linking my ring central login. I only use ring central in my laptop as it eats too much space in mobile. I like to previous version better. Will stop using the app bec of this. So sad!

While I love the desktop version of it, the mobile app on the the counter part never worked for me. It has never showed me any notification since the day I installed. I even tried to Uninstall and install it back but no luck. Please solve this asap. P.S. My device is Oneplus 3t running Android 7.1.1

Don't understand the purpose of it. My messages show up on the regular RingCentral app. Don't know why you couldn't integrate the messenger into the call app like Google Hangouts does.

From last few days I'm not able to use it. Can not connecting to the server. Can't send messages from the application though I'm receiving the messages (sometimes). I've tried logout several times. Even tried reinstalling the application but still facing issue. Glip team help me with this issue. Update: Thanks to glip support team. Your support is just amazing. The issue is fixed on the fly.
