It integrates with teams, but would be excellent if it could put the busy status on RC when you are in teams meeting and red status on teams if you are on a call

The previous experience was good but now things have changed, now they want us to buy SMS bundle and take almost a month to get it activated. They do not give proper information about plans and when we raise an issue. They come up with some upgrade plan to cover those issue.
