I really enjoy the confidentiality of not having to use my personal phone number. I feel more secure knowing that a business number will show up on caller ID. Also, it is user-friendly.

Good for outgoing but no ingoing. I get notifications for voicemails, but I am not hearing the calls. I keep missing calls. I do get the voicemails but no ring for incoming calls.
