After working with their support, my issue that reported about slow response of the mobile app has been satisfactorily resolved. Turns out, you just need to log out and log back in will fix the issue. Thank you to their online support!

one of the best apps out there! user-friendly and robust! I'd only fix one thing, the app cloning ability. As our company uses 2 lines it would be much easier if a clone app was added for the second line. all in all, great app
