Works quite well but would be better if you could disable it when not needed. I only use the app when working from home maybe once per week. When I'm in the office, there's no way to disable the app so that my mobile doesn't ring everytime my office phone does. Turning off notifications doesn't work.

The connection is bad. It does not matter where I am. I have even tried the Ringout option but it is unfortunately no better. I miss calls and have to hang up became of the static. Other than that it is a useful app.

texting is the only down side... can't send doc, pics or anything as of yet

4 Star - Please Try to Include Shortcut keys Example : While using Extension (chrome) Each time I have to use mouse. If you can add Alt+left key it will be helpful for viewing next message. And while using chrome it slow .right now I am using Firefox Also enable copy of phone number in Ringcentral desktop/laptop version with the text conversation currently only text is copied...
