The connection is bad. It does not matter where I am. I have even tried the Ringout option but it is unfortunately no better. I miss calls and have to hang up became of the static. Other than that it is a useful app.

4 Star - Please Try to Include Shortcut keys Example : While using Extension (chrome) Each time I have to use mouse. If you can add Alt+left key it will be helpful for viewing next message. And while using chrome it slow .right now I am using Firefox Also enable copy of phone number in Ringcentral desktop/laptop version with the text conversation currently only text is copied...

Could you make the dial pad size like in the previous version. Right now it's so big and you put it higher, what makes dialing numbers uncomfortable. Or at least make a function that allows to edit the size of the dial pad myself. Hope you can do something with that

App in design and functionality is fine. But notifications are EXTREMELY delayed. I did everything I could on my phone to disable any kind of battery optimizations and notifications still get sent some 30 minutes later.
