Marking me invisible regardless of whether or not I am using my phone and missing the HUD feature are certainly big issues. Update: I do have the latest version, so I tried to submit a ticket, but cannot as the website works as well as the app. When I go to the new-case page like I was instructed, I get the loading animation. It has now been loading for over an hour. This was my third attempt.

Update #2: the call volume has been fixed. Using ver 21.3.11.504 I deleted app and re downloaded fresh. **Update: If the patch was released, it didn't work. Still no ring volume.** The ring volume is so low now you can't hear it. Worked fine yesterday morning and then by afternoon something changed. Not sure if it was an update. No way to adjust ring volume in app. All volume settings on phone are maxed and regular phone rings fine. I have just bought an S21. I had S9 before. No problems. Now I can't hear the ringtone on new S21. Its there but so quiet. I am relying on vibration to see calls coming in. Was working this morning first thing I think. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling app as was copied from old phone in case it makes a difference but won't know until tomorrow if helped or not. If not any other ideas? All settings are at maximum. Thanks
