App itself seems to work fine, but I'm having issues when making calls. The person on the other end says I'm extremely quiet unless I use a headset, even when non-RC Android phone calls work perfectly. I'm on a Pixel 4a5G if that matters. Would really prefer to not have to carry a headset with me to use the phone.

App is fairly user friendly. You can figure out most functions on your own. Two things that would help is if you could transfer calls on the android app. The iPhone app let's you do it. 2nd thing I would like to see is if incoming calls could ring the cell phone app as quickly as the desk phone. When I'm away from my desk, my co-workers get all my calls before I do and have to transfer.
