Marking me invisible regardless of whether or not I am using my phone and missing the HUD feature are certainly big issues. Update: I do have the latest version, so I tried to submit a ticket, but cannot as the website works as well as the app. When I go to the new-case page like I was instructed, I get the loading animation. It has now been loading for over an hour. This was my third attempt.
The sharing feature could be improved (for example, Webex allows to over ride another partipant sharing)
