Changing my opinion. Increased from 1 to 3 stars. Bluetooth was not working. Worked with support a reinstall of app fixed problem.

My company had me download this app when the pandemic started. It's a great app. I find no problems and I use it 40 plus hours a week. It clearly distinguishes my personal calls from work call by an announcement which I love. I think its worth the $65 a month. There is an 800 number to call and customer service helped me set up distinguishing between work and personal calls. I can't complain about anything. I have the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra phone.

I've been using this app for 18 months now. it's fantastic. I really like having my calls, voicemail and text messages all in one app. my favourite features are the visual voicemail and the ability to transfer calls from my computer to my phone easily.

There's an issue installing this app currently, I was able to download it and it works great. It just says failed to install like 8 times then went through on the 9th attenp.
