My new favorite compliment is "You're Glowing!". Amazing process and products but the staff is really why I come to this location. They are extremely knowledgeable about every detail of the tanning experience especially the sweetest lady, Addison who set up my membership. 10/10

I had a long time membership at Palm Beach Tan and was always disgusted at their poor business practices. When I saw this location of Glo Tanning in Addison I stopped to inquire. I happened to show up close to closing time and was greeted by the sales gal appropriately named Addison. She stayed after normal business hours to answer my questions and show me around. I've been to many Glo locations. And this one is my favorite. April and the rest of the staff always provide great service!

Caroline was very friendly and helpful. She showed me all the services available and gave me great information on what level of spray tan I should use. Plus I get to try it free for a week. My first visit was great!
I liked Lux but I love Glo!!! Quinn helped me set up my account very fast, one month free! yay If you join in a month of April you get the same offer, also 40% off of all products, the slim spray came out to $22, Very reasonable. All I have to say is, watch your credit card. They charged mine and said itcwas a credit on my account. Nope was not a credit. The employees need to be trained on pricing and how-to run credit cards and the younger employees need a lesson in customer service. I will be ending my membership. Since Glo has taken over from Lux Tan the salon has gone downhill rapidly. The toilets are not clean, there's hair on the carpet mats at each tanning bed, dirt behind the doors, and you're bombarded almost to demanding you buy products. As of late the salon has been closed due to construction in the building next door. No notification, no sign on the door, nothing. When it was Lux, it was kept pristine.
