I hate writing bad reviews but i hope that management will fix this. Here's the plus. The salon is clean. The beds are pretty good. The staff is friendly but need more training. Twice I've been and while they claim that there won't be a wait for a specific bed after a steam pod session, I've had to wait in the lobby in a robe. Is this the end of the world? No. Do I have places that I need to be where I it can't wait? Also no. My problem is that you shouldn't promise "no wait" when in actuality, there was a wait.... read more
