DO NOT TAN HERE! I only wanted to tan 3 times before my honeymoon but Glo pushed me to pay for a one month membership instead since it would be cheaper. I canceled my membership after those tanning sessions and Glo assured me, in writing, that my membership was canceled. I really do like the staff, they're all very nice ladies. When I signed (Jan 8th) up they had a really good special going on, so I do think they are a good value. I bought a few bottles of their very high priced lotions. One of the bottles would not work. Which was fine, I was told I could pick it up on my next visit. That next week I showed up, and they did not have the bottle. That was fine, I still had plenty of time before my trip which is on March 11th. If you have like 2+ hours to spend trying to get service, go here. We have a membership and we are consistently cut in line at this location and the staff does nothing about it. They need more employees or something ?? This location has a line out the door no matter what time or day. Awful! The old management of the place was awful, but the beds worked and you got color! Don't waste your time or money! Don't buy into their membership hype either! Now they post a response after a conversation and the customer service sheath did not listen to a thing I communicated to her! The worst!! Hey people I have a tan!!!!! The tanning beds are awful!! I wish the previous owners were still there. Good grief!
