UPDATE: they have reached out to me via text several times. And just as below, they carefully word things. They are still saying the bed is supposed to stay open half way. That means the bulbs on one side are a few inches from me and the bulbs on the other side are two feet from my skin. It makes no sense. Having frequented this location under other business names for a few years (6?) and now under this name/brand, it is disappointing to now move on but it is really offensive to now say grown adults, long term customers, are no longer able to just go in and adjust the settings and tan. Instead, need to be accompanied by whatever teen may agree to work there now and talk through every setting each time you come. I hadn't been to a tanning bed in years. I decided to go check this place out. just wanted to purchase a single tan. Well there was a free coupon for them for one free tan sparay or bed. I went in and the first thing i notice was 6 girls working there standing around in a circle. Why does a tanning place need 6 people working and doing nothing?
