Visiting from dallas, been a customer at the dallas locations for the longest, have had nothing but great experiences. came to this location a few times before, no problems. customer service from one lady with red hair , awful and needs some training!!!!

Having frequented this location under other business names for a few years (6?) and now under this name/brand, it is disappointing to now move on but it is really offensive to now say grown adults, long term customers, are no longer able to just go in and adjust the settings and tan. Instead, need to be accompanied by whatever teen may agree to work there now and talk through every setting each time you come. I hadn't been to a tanning bed in years. I decided to go check this place out. just wanted to purchase a single tan. Well there was a free coupon for them for one free tan sparay or bed. I went in and the first thing i notice was 6 girls working there standing around in a circle. Why does a tanning place need 6 people working and doing nothing?
