HORRIBLE. I went in to get one spray tan back in march. I made it abundantly clear that I didn't want a membership. The girls who work there harassed me to get a membership for almost an hour. I told them no repeatedly. They had me sign a waiver upon check out. I even asked them to make sure I wasn't signing up for a membership and they said no. They kept my card on file with out my knowledge and have been charging me for the membership I said no to for 3 months. They are refusing to send me the document I was tricked into s... read more

The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I come here on my lunch break. Unfortunately the last couple of times I have had to wait for a bed, or for them to clean the beds or the beds are open but those doing other services have those beds. Which to me if someone has other services and if they have 15 minutes left those beds should be available for those who are walking in. By the time their other service is complete, someone could have tanned and the bed they were waiting would be available as the typical bed is 10 minute... read more

From the moment I came in I knew I was trying to be sold a monthly membership that I was not interested in. I wanted to just get a normal spray tan and had come in with a coupon (that I guess the fine print said I had to get a Monthly membership to use it). I listened to her schpeel and reluctantly signed up for a monthly membership to get my "free spray tan" (that was actually $19). I only agreed to it because I was told that I could cancel anytime. I have been coming to glo for almost 2 years and specifically the glow on Broadway for a year. I have loved coming in multiple times a week and have always had great customer service! The past week when I have been coming in I've been put in the wrong bed, forgot about in the lobby and just all around not the service I had received in the past. I'm so frustrated. I came in 2 days ago and tried to purchase a single UV tan and the girl, while nice, tried her best to sell me a monthly membership that I did not want. i understand that she was trying to save me money, but I simply wanted to purchase a tan with no further obligation. I don't know even mind over paying since I don't go all of the time. I liked the results, so I thought I would go again today. As soon as we walked into the salon we immediately felt judged. The staff was extremely rude and impatient. As we were talking to the staff they seemed annoyed that we were wondering about their policy. The employees were disrespectful and seemed upset that we wanted to use their services. We understood that there was a policy that states "Underage teens must have parent consent to use their services". Me and my friends went to get a spray tan this weekend. When we walked in they told us they couldn't service us unless we had a legal guardians verbal consent. We we're fine with this and went and sat on one of the waiting rooms couches to see if our parents could come to give verbal consent. Me and my girlfriends were extremely excited to go take advantage of the free service weekend. Immediately as we walk in, we were met with an unwelcoming vibe. We were not allowed to get any services done because of the apparent policy that underage teens needs a guardian with them to be able to get anything done. Went today for some relaxing time. I got everything but that. People waiting for someone to set there beds up after already being checked in. I waited 20 minutes for a wet pod. That's fine, but don't check me in and put me in a room that you don't know anything about the equipment. Didn't know how to even turn it on. Then you say you will send someone in and you don't!
