Really nice people very friendly and helpful. Never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a room. Got a beautiful tan. Rooms were always clean. Prices were very good. I would definitely recommend this tanning salon.
This salon was the best I've ever been to. People were great, explained everything about the beds. So clean and welcoming l. Definitely recommend!
LOOOOOVE this place! It is gorgeous and clean and has the best beds. Everyone who works there is so sweet and helpful. Literally, you will never want to go to another salon ever again.
Liars!. Filthy dirty place. They clean with the same rag and just water because they are afraid of ruining the acrylic. People caught staph there before! If I could give no stars I would!!!!

Horrible, nasty and rude staff. The place is filthy and I watched them clean the tanning beds with the same rag and just water.

South Beach tanning is better This is an outdated small minded prejudice establishment . Apparently only Caucasians are acceptable tanning patrons, yet all races can benefit from an even skin tone. I'll stay with my 25$ gym membership at planet fitness & tan in a more modern establishment that isn't forcing a membership or bottle of lotion down your throat

by the way, the response you get from the owner after complaining is a total bunch of hot windage what they do as a band you from because that's what they do. I heard many people have been banned from there and they don't even know why. A disrespectful way to run your business and you're not truly sorry and you don't really give a shit.

The worst customer service!!!! Let you sit and wait while they train employees for about a half hour...THE MANAGER HE IS SUPER RUDE...do not recommend anything at this tanning spot stay away there the worst and so is the spray tan!!!

Called Friday morning, tried to redeem a free tan since I'm a new customer. So, it wasn't never sent to my email as there was an issue with their website & they said to just fine in & I can redeem it in store. I was so happy! I made my appt for Sunday & I went- tried to redeem the coupon in store & girl at the counter told me "we cannot redeem it in store. I need my manager. She is not present.
