I enjoyed going here when I was able prior to COVID-19. When they closed all accounts were placed on 'hold'. When they reopened I called and explained to someone that I would not be returning due to pregnancy. I asked the staff member to freeze my account. I was charged a fee this month, even though my account should have been frozen. When I called to speak to someone about this I was told refunds are absolutely not given under any circumstances, even if I haven't accessed the services. We did place all of our customer auto-memberships on hold during the COVID-19 shutdown, we reopened on June 15th 2020 however we did not resume monthly membership charges until August 1st 2020 giving our customers more than enough time to call our salon to freeze or cancel their memberships if needed.
