I enjoyed going here when I was able prior to COVID-19. When they closed all accounts were placed on 'hold'. When they reopened I called and explained to someone that I would not be returning due to pregnancy. I asked the staff member to freeze my account. I was charged a fee this month, even though my account should have been frozen.
