The beds and salon is Always clean! Spic and span clean! Riley Chelsea and Layla are all so sweet! Glo has really good membership prices. Only one complaint....if you buy a lotion or product and you have a reaction to it....to bad . No exchanges. Otherwise no complaints. I came in for the free coupon. Wanted to try it out they have great prices for their services! my experience was great and receptionist are very kind and welcoming. Salon was very nice and clean. First tanning salon I’ve gone to and didn’t have no issues, ive gone to other tanning salons and never had as good of an experience that I did at glo!!
Just used my coupon for a free spray tan visit and this was my first one ever so I didn't know what to expect walking in. Immediately I was greeted with the warmest smiles. The ladies put me at ease with explaining the procedure and other options, even showing ALL of the high tech equipment they had to offer. My time is important too, as I am a real estate agent and an office manager so it is hard to get time for myself. I spent time going here to see what they have to offer and prices. They offered a free coupon for a service. I had to fill out forms, be shown around, and hear pricing. When I submitted the coupon they told me that they could not take the coupon because I live in GA. I live in Ringgold and was attempting to use the coupon in Chattanooga. I guess I will not purchase a membership here.
They do not have good customer service at all. If you are a member and you walk in the door to tan. And they are waiting on a new person. Plan on waiting and waiting and waiting while they try to push all their products on them. I feel like if you're paying near $80 a month you should come first if you are a member.
