I received a coupon for a free session at this Glow tanning place. I went in to try to cash the coupon in and the person running the front was very kind very sweet but she took me through the whole .spill about Glow tanning and what they do which is fine but then she tried to sell me on a on a package want me to buy a package when I didn't buy a monthly package then she wanted me to buy eyewear wanted to swipe my card for eyewear I told her no this is not happening and she says well it's a law in every state that you have to... read more

Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! I spent hours with these assholes to cancel my membership. Literally an entire afternoon. That was back in July, and they are still billing my credit card. I'm having to dispute the charges with my credit card provider. I do not recommend doing business with them. In my experience, they are absolutely untrustworthy. I think you must have the wrong location Ms. Anna. You are almost 2 hours from our location, and we do not have anyone in our system named Anna B. In addition, we have a detailed guest services department that handles cancellations immediately, whether you call, text, email or chat on our website, so it is virtually impossible that you are still getting billed if you canceled your membership at Glo.
The people there were really nice but VERY pushy. I am not from around here and this was definitely an unreal experience. Before being able to SPRAY TAN you must fill out a form (normal) then get a tour of the place ( wtf) then have a whole sale conversation that last for about 10 minutes on what you should buy (wtf) I am not the type of person who likes to sit and chat before a tan when I have other things to do, if you do... this is the place for you. This place will scam you. If you sign up for a membership you have to cancel it online. So I went online to try to cancel it and they said I had a past due amount and I can't cancel until that is paid, and mind you the girls at the store location said as long as I canceled by the 10th of November I'd be ok and it's the 3rd of November.
