I was exhausted from traveling from out of state and was so excited to see a Glo nearby in Roanoke. I'd heard that I could visit any Glo with my membership at home and decided to go try it out! Great staff and awesome massage chairs in a private area very nice one of my favorite locations
I just joined last month and every time I stop in the staff has been incredibly welcoming. Explaining all the different beds they have available and suggestions for next steps for tanning progression. I've really enjoyed every experience here so far!
Love this tanning salon! I've been going here for a few weeks now and they are always so nice every time I come in! The monthly subscriptions are super affordable and offer discounts on lotion. Also, the beds are always clean and I never have to wait for a bed! Highly recommend!!
Kinda surprised this place doesn't have any reviews. I've been going here since February. I signed up for 3 months, then autopay per month thereafter. I like that I can cancel at any time and it's effective immediately...drives me crazy when places make you give a 30 day notice. In all honesty, I can't recall which specific level I signed up for, but it includes the stand-up bed, which was important to me. Shadiest business ever. Closed the Roanoke location with absolutely no notice. They knew they were closing. Broken beds all the time. I have disputed my charge with my CC company and if that doesn't work I will take them to small claims court. On principle alone. On top of all this, the high pressure sales for their overpriced crap. I told one girl If she doesn't STFU I was cancelling my membership immediately. They conned my young daughter, but couldn't con me into their overpriced products.

I love Glo tanning but I'm kinda disappointed to hear that the same staff from Roanoke will be working the new champions one. The Roanoke location was my last choice but it was the closest to my house. Like other reviews you have to say no thank you several times before the sale pitch on lotion ends. I also get told they prefer me tan for sometimes 5 or just 6 minutes in a 12 minute bed. Very frustrated! I went to the Roanoke location on Monday the 9th and signed up. I was highly pressured to purchase their very expensive lotions and had to say no Thank you about 5 times. I mentioned that I drive far to come here and then I was informed that a new location was opening closer to my home in Northlake the following Saturday... however they did not mention this location was closing or that I would be cheated out of the rest of that week as they moved on Wednesday and was closed Wed-Friday. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP!! I've been going to glo tanning for over a year with a membership and decided to FINALLY cancel after so many problems. I was charged multiple times at the Tyler tx location...I've never been to Tyler tx in my life, I've called glo tanning everytime this has happened just to be told that they will refund and make note on my account to check idenity and then get another charge just a couple weeks later from Tyler again.
